Role Overview:
The IT Support Officer provides technical assistance to staff, resolves system issues, and ensures smooth daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot system errors and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Ensure regular backups, updates, and system security.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
