IT Support Officer

Role Overview:
The IT Support Officer provides technical assistance to staff, resolves system issues, and ensures smooth daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Ensure regular backups, updates, and system security.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
