Seeking an Executive for Debt Management Services (Consumer) to handle customer collections, resolve overdue accounts, and support smooth recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers on overdue payments
• Provide repayment solutions and negotiate settlements
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and field staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• Any degree
• Experience in collections/recovery (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle field and tele-calling coordination
