- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Assist staff with operational and coordination needs.
- Handle inquiries, visitor management, and communication.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Support HR tasks like attendance, onboarding, and reporting.
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies.
