Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist staff with operational and coordination needs.
  • Handle inquiries, visitor management, and communication.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Support HR tasks like attendance, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Ensure branch compliance with company policies.
